[Google] My organization structure

Just my organization method for Google Keep / Calendar

Description

I needed to organize myself. But it wasn't a problem related to lack of tools, there are tons of useful tools around. It was more about the method.

That's why I have developed an organizational methodology. I'm using and testing on a day-by-day basis for more than a year and all I can say is: It works. At least for me.

For those who already have a organization method, hope my method give you some ideas. And if you don't have any organization method yet, I can guarantee you this one can be a good head-start.

Reminders content

Reminders are events. This means they will show up and repeat in specific intervals you set.

They appear in the notification bar. This means they don't have background color. To make more appealing and avoid desensitization, I've used the square emojis, so they can appear with color in the navigation bar.

Attention: With this method in place, all reminders will be added to the  🟠 Events  markdown. (Not mandatory, but recommended)

To make it cohesive and coherent. The colors used here are the same in the whole Google ecosystem.

However due to the bigger complexity of calendar, some colors were added.

Pink : Everything related to Home

It can be used to have important registers of the home, Family Events, Bill Payments or pet care information

Gray : Everything I have no power of

    One example is the climate.

    Cyan : Third-Party

It is a marker exclusive to others. For example, a secretary or Assistant

Miscellaneous

I also want to share my SD Card folder structure.

With this, you can mirror your files to multiple devices.

You can set a small folder to sync in cloud, without compromise your data

Multimedia / Games / Emulators / Essentials (To bios and Memory Cards)
Multimedia / Games / Emulators / Roms (To games that won't go to cloud, but to my other devices)
